Catching up and moving on

I’ve been pretty busy the past few weeks but finally found some time to catch up on a few blogs that I enjoy following. One that caught my eye was from photographer David Bean, he has a great post about keeping up on your health as an artist and points out some very valid points and ideas. I’ve noticed lately that aside from my lack of sleep; I certainly don’t feel nearly as energetic or healthy as I used to, which has brought my creativity down a bit. Looks like it’s time for some change again… what can it hurt to try at least right.
